Inspired by the light of Quds (Jerusalem) the first time I saw it at 18. A city that to me reflects the inner light and warmth of the Palestinian people. A light, that seeps into your soul, guaranteed to change you forever.

It is hard to capture such a significant memory and place, rich with history and meaning. However, I chose to focus on the feeling I had and the way the light in and around the city moved me. This is represented with the use of metallic gold leather, sourced locally to our factory in Italy. The black ribbon not only provides a chic finish to the gold tones, but it also symbolises the loss its people have faced throughout history and especially in recent times.

What I love about these shoes, is that they can be worn casually with jeans or easily taken to night time with an evening dress or outfit.
